Carl is one of the most genuine and sincere men I've ever met. He also gave me an affordable price for roof patching, while other roofers literally tried to charge me 3x the price he quoted me to replace the entire roof. Carl is an honest guy, and is excellent at his job-so much so, that I felt the need to take 5 minutes out of my day, to recommend him to everyone. I also just recommended him to my grandma who also owns a townhome. Hopefully he will get to see this as well. Thanks again Carl. I will be calling again in another 2 years!

Carl is the nicest and most honest roofer in town. I called him, explained the problem, he went to the house, checked it out, called me back (8:30 pm), told me what was wrong and said he would take care of it. He did the job and called to say he was finished and told me where to send the check. They don't make contractors like him anymore! I would recommend Herman Rossmark roofing to anyone! Thanks, Carl.

Carl is the most honest contractor I've ever dealt with. I thought I needed a new roof, in fact 3 different roofers quoted me to put a new roof on. Carl called and told me it needed a minor repair and I probably had 6 years left in it. They did a great job, and it was done quickly, and at a great price. Highly recommend.
