Terrible service the lady was very rude and nasty!! My girlfriend called to get information about her vaccination card and the lady kept getting smart and she hung up. We were very respectful the whole time . She told us she did not have time to wait for us to check what an email says after she asked us what it said. She needs to be held accountable immediately!!

I called the Health Dept number and because I didn't know who I needed to speak with or which department, the operator hung up. So unprofessional.

Im trying to get transportation to an appointment.. due to my ankle being broken.. now correct me if I'm wrong is it any of her business how my ankle got broke.?? Cause that's what she asked me ."how did it get broke' we ended that conversation because your not my doctor so why do I have to explain to you how it got broken.. but was I wrong ?
