We rented with Ben More for 2+ years and have had nothing but good experiences so far. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of promptly, for example we had our washer break down, and had a brand new one installed that weekend! They have been very understanding, as well as accommodating to our requests. Truly, for our first rental in Baltimore, we've had a great experience!
