Lane Bryant

This is a nice store and I have been a loyal customer of theirs for many years however the bank, Comenity, that handles their credit cards is outrageous with their rates, 32.24 percent! And I have a good credit rating. Also, my husband was in the hospital with a heart attack last month and I wasn't able to go to the store and pay my bill on time so they charged me a $37.00 late charge and I had not even charged anything on the account that month. The month before I had mailed a check to make my payment and my bank statement showed that it was paid on the 6th, the due date. They still had charged me a late fee of $37.00 for that month. Then this month's statement reads that the late fee will be 41.00 this month! I called and paid this card off and closed the account. Please do not use Comenity Bank which I now call Comedy Bank because they are a big joke! Who can afford an account with them? Certainly not the average citizen. Beware!

I drove to this location from white marsh after shockingly realizing the Lane Bryant in the mall closed. I was searching for shoes last minute for an event that was somewhat formal, and while I did not find Shelly walked around the store with me looking at each pair to see what size they were. I decided to find out what my true size was while I was there, Sam was very helpful by pulling different sizes of jeans, tops, and bras. I didnt purchase anything in store because the selection is a little too mature for my liking, but I am definitely considering purchasing some clothing online. Ive also ordered the back smoothing bra online so Im very excited to see how that fits. Thank you for your help and a great shopping experience!
