I really appreciate the staff at Westgate. My husband has been there for 2 months after having a stroke. Most of our experience have been good most of hes aides and nurses are caring and supportive but when problems were identified in most cases the staff addressed them immediately. I recognize that this is not an easy job so I want to give praise for the good staffers and pray for the staff that seam to struggle with these duties. God bless

My name is T my brother was an employee at Westgate Hills unfortunately he passed away unexpectedly I just want to thank every employee for the donation my family and I are forever grateful we feel your love we feel all the prayers sent our way I thank you all very much.Reilly Smith Kevin D we appreciate yall for answering questions we had and the extra work yall did to help us in this time of need. I am a current resident at Westgate Hills Healthcare Center for the most part things here are fine and well but there are areas that need improvement. You come across really good staff members that want to be here and help you and than there are ones that have attitudes and get smart with you or do things to get under your skin or try and upset you but long so you stay to yourself things are pretty good. Ms. Elizabeth is awesome she always helps and you can tell she cares, Mr. Kevin is an administrator he is also VERY HELPFUL, Ms. Barbara is an activities coordinator she is awesome she is like the Best!!Out of everyone that works here, we do have trouble on the weekends going outside for fresh air or the other people want to smoke there cigarettes it's only on the weekends that we have a problem getting outside on time. Other than that they are great with getting us outside on time. The facility isn't too bad you gotta take the good when you get it it's a pleasant place to be.
