Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long Green

Autumn Lake Long Green is the most welcoming facility, staff and nurses are so friendly they feel like family. Dr Lindberg and Ms Galloway are especially helpful they go above and beyond to help any way they can. I am so pleased to know my husband is getting the best care.

This place is horrible , they have wayy too many "difficult patients " Taking attention away from the rest of us . I been here for months & every weekend (sat-sun ) I have to take care of myself , No staff is available, sometimes there is only one nurse taking care of this WHOLE building , the nurse will be skipping floors , making them frustrated and making us patient ZAC frustrated as well . My family wanted to call the state , I said no let me talk to "Nathan " I told him 2x what was going on , he said he had a lot GNA & but to us we need at least 2 nurses , especially with patients who needed a lot more help . Ever since I been here Sunday is circus , I wanted to unalive myself because of this prob. U know why it's cause they never give ur medicines on time & im on antidepressant & I'm not talking about An hour late , I'm talking -3-4 hrs late on sundays and we don't even get clean on Sunday unless we have normal working staff... I'm fed up , ima talk to him one last time then ima tell my family go ahead & call the state because if u take responsibility to take care of sick people , it's always gonna fall on u
