Hello Anisa, Thank you for your feedback. There are a few additional items to note on your experience. The appointment was made for 6:00pm. We were on time at the meeting place at 6:00pm. At 6:15pm you called apologizing saying you were going to be 2 hours late and if we can meet at 8:15 instead. We again travelled to the meeting place to assist you at 8:15pm. Upon arrival you did not have any papers to notarize. We offered to print them for you on our personal computer in our home that we invited you into. We notified you of the cost including all applicable fees before continuing with the notary and that was not to your liking. You decided to take your business elseware. We remained professional and courteous at all times.We can certainly understand your frustration. It is difficult to get a document notarized on a Holiday after traditional business hours. We are very happy to hear that you were able to get your documents taken care of on another day at a price reflective of more traditional circumstances and applicable fees.
