I was lucky enough to be able to go to an advocacy event hosted by the MCRC last Saturday. It was fantastic! It was informative, they were well prepared, and best of all- I felt much more encouraged and enthused when it was over. I am looking forward to hear more about all of the important work that they're doing- and to see what I can do to assist them in fighting for economic justice in the Maryland and Baltimore area!

I give the Consumer Rights Coalition a two star only because I tried to contact them for some assistance in my case that needs some help.. Maryland have seriously violated my rights..I was Wrongfully Convicted of murder and given a Natural Life Sentence on June 3rd, 1971, and spent 40 horrible years in the Maryland Prison up until the Innocent Project Attorneys Team found mountains of evidence and DNA to prove my innocence..The Maryland States Attorneys has yet to get back with my attorneys on their decision to expunge the conviction from my records and be compensated.. I'm still fighting to have my good name cleared from the conviction and be compensated...It appears that they are forgetting about my case, they know that they are in violation the Constitution..I need some assistance to help clear my name..
