TJ and his team made the process as least stressful as possible. TJ took the time to explain everything to me and at times, numerous times. He was patient and understanding throughout the whole process. The team was very responsive and helped us reach our goal as new homebuyers !! Alex was an absolute joy. She was very friendly, kind, and patient. I often had questions and required a lot of clarification, since I am a first-time home buyer and am in general an anxious person. She is very anxiety friendly and thorough. She also was extremely quick to address any questions and concerns and provided such easy-to-understand explanations and seemed to value educating her clients. I recommend her highly to anyone but especially to first-time home buyers.
