Have worked with the team at Annapolis First for many finances and refinances - most recently a tight turn around on a refinance for an investment property at the same time as financing a new home. Lots of documents, lots of moving parts and the team at Annapolis First didnt miss a beat. They got us the best (and I mean BEST) rates and closed ahead of schedule. Annapolis First Mortgage provides best in class service. Ive worked with several mortgage brokers in the past and Id say Marty and his team were the best.
