Just ate here and the food was fantastic. Got two bowls of pho, garlic shrimp fried rice, and lemongrass chicken. The portions were huge, prices were very reasonable, and the flavor was fantastic. Shout out to the guy working who was very nice and gave us some recommendations of things to see and do while visiting.

This is from South Korea. I eat pho quite often in Korea. I came to Baltimore for a conference and missed Asian food, so I visited this restaurant. I ordered P2, Pho with beef. I paid $11.60 and received my food. Compared to Korea, the amount is huge. It also contains a lot of meat. Usually, I get hungry after just eating rice noodles, but here it was difficult to eat the entire bowl. I guess this is American size. The chopstick bag has instructions on how to use chopsticks (of course, I am an expert at using chopsticks). Cilantro, onion, scallion, and thinly sliced rare beef were included in beef broth, and bean sprouts, basil, lime, and jalapeno pepper were served separately on the plate. It's better than most Korean Vietnamese restaurants! There were several restaurants in a shabby building, and the atmosphere wasn't very bright. However, I was able to have a delicious meal thanks to the friendly staff.

Hands down best pho in Baltimore. Nobody else can compete with this broth. Summer rolls also the best in Baltimore. If you dont know now you know
