Terrible, unengaged agents working for MDP. My home insurance lapsed, as the provider pulled out my area, and MDP failed to notify me. When my mortgage company reached out 2 months later for proof of insurance, I touched based with MDP and the agent's response was that they wouldn't have known...that their primary provider pulled out of our area....? Pathetic excuse for service. She then went on the quote her "best options" that were literally double the premium she had provided 2 years prior. A gross and greedy business model, with no care for their clients.

Tammy Stewart with MDP was incredibly informative, professional, and very responsive to my needs and wants when I was updating home and auto insurance. She was also very knowledgeable when I was asking about riders. Tammy and MDP are highly recommended.

Tammy has been a great, responsive, and a knowledgeable agent working for me through the FL insurance crisis this year. She has been able to find me very competitive quotes on home and auto and gets back to me right away. Kudos to Tammy and her agency for being on top of things!

I have been with Maury Donnelly and Parr for the better part of 10 years. The agent I had left the company and no one contacted me to let me know. Renewal time came up and I had a significant increase. I reached out to have someone help me, mind you their answering service is terrible. You have to know the agents extension to speak to an agent and the receptionist never answers. An agent contacted me back, and only offered to increase my deductible to lower my annual premium. She did not offer to quote me other policies. In the end, my mortgage company had the wrong invoice which resulted in them overpaying by a little over $75 Which I might add to this day I never received a refund for. The agent refused to help me, kept saying that I needed to deal with my insurance company and then mortgage company. This year I had a similar experience but worse. Renewal came in. Higher then I was willing to pay. I reached out to cancel the policy. In the end, this agent never canceled the policy. She did quote me three other policies. I did tell her the new one that I wanted to go with. Her failure to notify my current insurance company resulted in my Mortgage company paying the current insurance company, leaving me with no money to pay The new policy. The pure lack of service through the entire entire mess was enough to make me leave them. I highly recommend that you stay away.
