I randomly saw this place while I was riding my bike around Fed Hill after I moved to Baltimore in 2009, young(er) and single. I've been with them since, now married with 3 kids and a house in HoCo (which is, of course, now insured by these wonderful folks). Gunnar and David have over the years been nothing but helpful. They have the answers to any insurance question I have. I've never been pressured or rushed with anything, ever. In fact, just this month, they emailed ME out of the blue to tell me I could get a lower rate on our auto premiums. They're gonna mail me a check for a couple hundred dollars and I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs! These guys are professionals and they know how business is done. They recognize that FLAWLESS customer service leads to continued business, and they're never trying to squeeze an extra buck out of you. Like I just said, they're literally just sending me a refund, just like that. That inspires so much trust. I trust them and I know they're there. It's been 13 years with them (wow, where did that time go?!) and my wife and I will continue to use them for the next 30 years, full stop. Just the best. Highly recommend if you live in Maryland and need insurance.
