        Extremely friendly service. Very helpful matching your insurance needs to an affordable plan. Very quick to respond and help you with all issue. Unlike my past insurance agent, they aren't pushy and don't use scare tactics to try to intimidate you into getting more coverage.

        I'm very disappointed with the way Mr. Stephen Bauer handled my policy cancelation, he was very upset aboutit. I was a customer for over 10 years with multiple policies. Last month, I cancelled two of the seven policy with Erie and Mr. Bauer didn't have the decency to inform me that there was a balance on each policy. He sent the pending balances $215 & 295 to a collection company. Earlier today payment was made and hopefully it won't affect my credit. Please don't use ROSASCO & YETTER INS AGY LLC for any of your insurance needs.
