        Install went ok, follow up has been terrible. Installed faulty breakers and theyre under warranty but I cant get anyone to return my call to replace!!! DO NOT recommend! Zero stars.

We are pleased with the support and appreciate the 24x7 monitoring of our systems, including the ability to address problems remotely.

        We recently purchased a home in the area and wanted to add around a dozen Lutron smart shades to our house. I contacted a number of installers in the area and ultimately chose Bravas / Starr Systems as I was impressed by their attention to detail and pricing. Everything went smoothly with the install and I am quite happy with the results. I would not hesitate to work with Bravas / Starr Systems again should we have any more home automation needs.
