Gutter was clogged. We had a waterfall in front of our door. Exquisite came out the same day within two hours of our call and removed a birds nest and other debris and our problem was solved! Excellent service. Friendly and professional serviceman. This is our second time using them and we are very satisfied. A+ rating from us!

I called to schedule a gutter cleaning service for my house. I asked the gentleman if they had insurance, and if they would be able to show me proof of insurance when they came to do the job (I am not about to have somebody work on my two-story house without being sure they are properly insured, and you shouldn't either.) He told me that yes, they had insurance, and that yes, the guy who would do the cleaning carried proof of insurance in his truck. Very well. On the day of the cleaning, I called the office before 9am to confirm if they were really coming and I reminded him about the proof of insurance. He said that wouldn't be a problem. Fast forward to 4pm, past the window of service they gave me, nobody came and nobody called. I called the office yet again to ask him if his worker was running late. He told me that the guy who was supposed to do the cleaning told him it just "wasn't worth his time", because he didn't have proof of insurance with him. ???? What happened to "he carried proof of insurance in his truck?" I missed a day of work to stay home and have this service done. I called them in the morning to remind them. If they knew the guy didn't have proof of insurance with him, why didn't they just cancel my appointment right then? Instead, they just let me wait the whole day for them and didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know they weren't coming. This company has no regards for anybody's time other then their own. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. If you have time to waste, go and call them. You have been warned.
