I called up to ask if they had some parts in stock or if they could order them. Before I could tell the guy exactly what I was looking for he said “welcome to 2021 bro”. When I asked another question in response to that all he could say was “bye” repeatedly and hung up on me. I do not recommend working with this company at all. Look at Atlantic Lift Truck or Chalk’s Industrial Equipment as other viable options.

Terrible experience. Communication is terrible. I was told machine was ready for use by the owner, spoke to the tech who admitted he didn't not finish the job. Needed to return for one last step. Didn't complete the job they were hired for and I am now left looking for someone to clean up their mess. Owner does not care about customer service. Their invoice is paid, so he's happy.

I run a warehouse in the Baltimore area and my forklift broke down so i called Vince's and they promptly came out and diagnosed the problem and got me up and running within a reasonable time and they did not charge me an arm and leg. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs industrial repairs done at a fair rate.
