Today I went to pick up my designer handbag. The owner of company gave me my bag and said they didnt fix it. Meanwhile, the zipper was fixed and I see an iron mark on the bag, which was never there. I asked him about the iron mark. He wouldnt even look at the mark and said with a nasty tone he didnt do it and denied that he did that. I showed him again the mark and he didnt even look at it. The wife denied the mark as well. The owner started yelling at me and told me to get out. Here I am trying to just get my bag fixed and support this husband and wife team, after their flood and they have the nerve to deny and verbally abuse a loyal customer. Never, ever will I go there again and I would suggest not going there. Bad customer services.

I have been very happy with the service and quality each time I have had items dry cleaned. They are not the cheapest but you can guarantee your clothes will be taken care of.
