        Whoever that African lady that works in the Pharmacy department is rude & never called me to pickup my 2year old medicine that his Doctor prescribed knowing that the Pharmacy closes early on Sundays I went up there exactly at 10am when they opened came straight from the Childrens Emergency room & the lady was rude as ever talking about how shes the only 1 working.. My baby have to go without medicine due to her not informing me to come back like she said she was

        I manage a Dr.s office so customer service is one thing I'm big on......second is record keeping.I've been using this pharmacy since 2012 & always good for me. NOW moving forward. I Call yesterday to refill an ointment for my face yesterday and they have no record of me filling my script with them. But my allergy Rx.. that I had filled days later!! Still in the system. I ask what do I do in this case & how does va pharmacy just have No record @ ALL...& I need to speak with someone that had answers & I got hung up on..I called back today & the lady ran down All addresses of folk with my same DOB.. So yeah ummm I don't know these addresses lady... This was the pharmacy call from hell...I had to call the Dr.s Office & have them resend my script. Nobody has yet to give me a number to report this foolishness & she told me.. While I was asking questions that she had to go!!! Im sure she heard me still talking to her!!!
