        Noah at Breathe Easy did a great job. I assumed getting your ducts cleaned would be a fairly straightforward process. It would have been if the previous owners hadn't cemented the register covers to the ceiling. Noah figured out how to deal with this uncommon problem and managed to get the job done in an efficient and timely manner. Highly recommend.

        I don't want to leave a bad review for a service I didn't use, but do feel I was misled here. BES asked for a $150 deposit to provide an estimate on remediation and floor installation. The paid estimate was 1) late 2) double what we had discussed on the phone and 3) did not adequately address my needs. They really lost my trust here. Despite my dissatisfaction, they were happy to cash my deposit check. Lesson learned. Be wary and don't blindly trust reviews!!

        I cannot say enough good things about this company! They were responsive to my requests, had excellent pricing and provided such quality work. Our technician, Noah, arrived early, was thorough and took great pride in his work. Our carpets and couch look 1000 times better after he left. We will be using them again and plan to recommend to all our friends.
