        They have very poor customer service. We booked our kid's 5th Bday party here, paid the deposit, and then after the fact they called us and said the director chose to close the facility to 'get it ready for summer' the week the party is happening. They were completely unwilling to accommodate us and as a result, canceled the party. This is despite the fact that we spoke with four different employees about the party and that date. We even came in and toured the facility for the party.They kept offering to let us have it two weeks earlier on May 8th, which is mother's day -- who would have a kids b-day party on Mothers day? They offered no other accommodations and didn't care that they completely disrupted our plans.
