if i could have gave 0 stars i would have but the app wouldnt allow it, because the car they gave us looked like we stole it from the junk yard. It was definitely your definition of a HOOPTIE for real. The passenger side rearview mirror was duct taped on with silver duct tape.The driver side was dented in from an accident, and the inside passenger pannel was hanging all the way off. We would not have even taken the rental if it wasnt our LAST RESORT we just had our truck put into the shop and every where else was closed already. Tgen thy charged us $270 for 3 days and $118 for each additional day. for that price we could have rented a pick up Truck or large SUV that woukd have been a 2022 or 2023, from Enterprise or Hurtz or somewhere like that. Then to top it all off we only got $75 of our $150 deposit back bc we turned it in 3 hrs late even though we didnt pick it up til 7pm and it was still due back at 3pm ( when they dont close til 6pm, and we paid for a full 24 hrs. ) bc tgey charge $25 hr every hour your late. They were very ignorant and rude, and they refused to negotiate or compromise giving us a discount for the contdition of tte rental. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO THERE AND WE DO NOT RECOMMEND

First things first, The reason why I am giving "Bmore Car Rental" 5is the customer service is very important to me and the owner and his wife are very respectful and understanding and they will work with you. And before anyone who reads this review gets to thinking am I related to them the answer is NO. I rented from them. The customers has to understand when they come to rent a vehicle and they are looking for a 2012,2013,2014,2015,2016,etc. go to enterprise because they are not doing any credit checks or any background checks, they are literally helping the customers out that can not go to Budget, Avis, Enterprise, Rent a wreck etc.. because if half of the people went there they would not be able to rent. So be appreciated that Bmore Car Rental is helping the customers out. I will be returning to rent a vehicle whenever I need to.And btw Hi Nicole I had a marvelous experience with them. And also in order to get respect you must give respect.The reason why I stated that I was not related to them because some people may think of she is leaving a great review because they are related and that's not so. I am a very satisfied paying customer like the rest of the ppl. I just was very happy and comfortable with their service and their vehicles.
