This branch I went to open my wife account lady told me we cannot open account she need a appointment first , I told her ok get your appointment first no one sitting in the bank but we are and still she refuse to open the account. Probably she dont feel like to deal with clients and making easy dollars lazy old lady

Jennifer, Branch Manager goes above and beyond. Tiffany, Relationship Banker is extremely patient. Both of these people gave us exceptional customer service and are very professional. We were very comfortable with the way we were treated. They are very knowledgeable and work well with each other. We also noticed many of the customers were pleasant and treated very well. The facility itself is clean, nice soft music, relaxing atmosphere and we felt safe. This was our first time at this location. Because of the positive first impression, we feel comfortable recommending this location to others.

If I could give this branch a zero I would. Both atms down. 1 teller working. 20 mins to get cash. BofA has to do better.

My husband and I recently visited this location to open us a new joint account. We were assisted by Mrs. Betty who was absolutely fantastic!!! She was so patient with us and went over everything thoroughly. She was personable and handled us with so much care. As a young newlywed couple, opening a joint bank account is a big step and it can be nerve wrecking trying to get all the information you need, but Mrs. Betty was exactly what we needed. She's definitely experienced, but it was her kind and warm spirit that made for an even more perfect visit. Definitely will be visiting her again for our in-person banking needs!
