        I wasn't happy with the the companies they use for parts. The company kept sending the wrong sensors for my car . The manager of the shop had to finally go get the sensors herself.

      Hello Rhonda, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. It is frustrating to wait so long for repairs. It's important for us to get feedback so we can improve. Unfortunately, as we discussed via phone & text message, we were waiting on your warranty company, which is out of our hands. The transmission was delivered late, from the supplier's estimated delivery date. During this delay, we didn't call or text every day to say there was no update. We tried our best to get your repair back into the schedule as fast as possible after cars that were mid-repair when the part arrived. Your feedback will help us double check our procedures, as we don't have a record of a call that was not returned. Thank you for your feedback.
