The Painting Workshop

We had a wonderful birthday party for our six-year-old and 10 of her friends at the painting workshop. Alana and Molly taught the kids some painting techniques and encouraged them to use their imagination. All we did was bring the cake and snacks and they took care of everything. They also provided goodie bags with art supplies. My daughter and her friend used them after the party to paint together. Thanks Alana.

The Painting Workshop offers one of the most engaging and supportive summer camps for children of all ages in Baltimore City. Our children have been attending every summer since age five (the oldest will be 9 this summer), and week after week, summer after summer, they have loved the friendly counselors, excursions to local playgrounds and parks, and novel hands-on projects. Both their art skills and confidence have grown every year.

My son always loves school's out camps and summer camps. The kids went out to an arboretum to collect some natural art materials and use them for their art projects, which is so creative!

this watercolor class is the most therapeutic and releasing experience. as a musician who is learning to transition from a very regimented background to a free and expressive one, this course has taught me to let go and feel creative without boundaries. i would 100% recommend this course to anyone who is looking to have an after work relaxation session, someone who feels stifled in their creative expression, connect with other creative mindsand especially to anyone who wants to feel even more connected to the magic of mother nature and how to let the elements be. watercolor has helped me grow into a more confident and free musician, and artist overall.
