My wife lives here and overall excellent location and apartments. Living next to ministry of brewing is a big plus.

Happy to have discovered this property. Newly renovated, very spacious apartments. Great location, close to Hopkins. Management was very helpful throughout my moving process. The attached brewery is surely a bonus!

Look beyond just the thrill of new facilities and a lively area. This building is managed by Corvus Property Intelligence who do not understand what property management entails. As a resident at another one of their properties, Ive watched a building deteriorate with them at the helm. Their interest lies in filling units and collecting rent. Not with ensuring you have access to clean and safe facilities. Protect your peace- rent elsewhere.

**UPDATE: December 2022* The property owners, Corvus, regained management of the building and there have been positive changes since. The internet was restored in the lounge and there have been no more heating or cooling issues there. It can be used as a comfortable co-working space. Cameras have been installed throughout the property for added security. Issues with the parking gate have been resolved and new clickers have been given to tenants who park on the property. Management and service staff are more present and responsive now. ------------------------------------------------ I'm a current resident (as of July 2022) and I wanted to wait for at least two months before writing an honest and thorough review on this property. Although WPM took over management, there's still quite a bit of work to do to bring it up to the level of other WPM properties in Baltimore. I was a resident at one of their properties in the past500 Park Aveso I know the Ministry Lofts can be managed more efficiently. Pros: The facility is relatively new and we love the combination of a charming old building fully converted into a luxury apartment complex. Our apartment is bright and spacious. The attached beer hallMinistry of Brewingis definitely a plus. There is a large lounge which is perfect as a co-working space. There is also a gym on the property. The location is great, almost midway between Johns Hopkins Hospital and Fells Point. It is also within walking distance of Patterson Park. The area has been largely gentrified, so it feels mostly safe. We love the neighborhood! The parking issues previous reviewers have raised have been resolved. All gates stay locked for all parking garages. Cons: The leasing agent and maintenance team are on the property only once a week. Although all our maintenance issues have been resolved, management has dragged their feet addressing our issues and concerns. The units come with a washer/dryer combo that takes almost twice as long as a regular washer and dryer for a normal-sized load of laundry. Two appliances had to be replaced within a month of living there: the washer/dryer combo (of course!) and a microwave. The mail and package system is downright confusing and perhaps the biggest drawback about the property. We've had a few missed deliveries since we moved in. Nobody told us that we had to write our names inside the mailbox for USPS to start delivering mail. Regarding packages, USPS has a key so it shouldn't be a problem. However, other carriers, including Amazon, may have issues figuring out the exact building where they should deliver (there are buildings A, B, C & D on the property). Writing our address as "Bldg. A #***" has somewhat mitigated this problem. The resident lounge is the biggest amenity on the property. However, this summer the AC was mostly kept off in there. Also, there's no internet in the lounge and when we use the space as an office for remote work, we've had to use our own hotspot. Management has been telling us since we moved in that they have been trying to solve this issue with Comcast. I find it hard to believe that it would take two months for a business to get internet service back in commercial real estate! Unheard of.

Next to the (amazing) Ministry of Brewing are the Ministry Lofts. It's walking distance to JHU Medicine and dog friendly. Those positives are quickly outweighed by pretty horrendous management (by Corvus). There have been something like 4 property managers in my
