I've been here for about a week now and I like the apartment and the community but upon move in there was a few issues that I found wrong which was addressed by the maintenance team Alberto and Tyrod. Alberto came today (2-16-24) to address some wall outlets that wasn't working and a stove that wasn't working properly. Alberto was professional and he asked me what were the issues and once I pointed them out he immediately begin to work on them. He fixed alot those outlets except the one issue with the stove that needs a new part which was ordered. Tyrod came to today(2-19-24) and addressed all of the issues that I had with my apartment. Tyrod was very professional and he communicated to me how he was going to address all the maintenance issue in my apartment and he took fixed all the maintenance issues in a timely manner. Both maintenance members came to my apartment and took care of the work orders in a professional and timely manner. Update: Alberto came(2--19-24) after I wrote this review and fixed the stove.

I visited the apartments @209 Pickwick on Sunday (but came during the Leasing Agents Lunch hour) so, I waited. Ms. Chondra (I hope I have her name correct) was very pleasant and informative and had a positive vibe, the community appeared to be clean and peaceful from my drive around I did. I left off one star because I only had a virtual tour of an apartment. I wanted to actually walk through and see how it felt . Ms. Chondra was nice enough to keep me in mind and let me know when the model I prefer or somethIng else that would fit my preference would be available to view. I appreciate all the information she provided about the community, the application process and the apartments.. I cant wait to make this my new home.
