Rodent infestation, issues with mold. Once a month they would have to snake something in the bathroom. If you don't like mice, then don't move here.

Bed bugs, roaches, ants and a mice problem, I have not lived here for no more than 4 months and it is one of the biggest mistakes I have made this year! They charge 11 dollars for each screen door, the top floor where the bedrooms are stay hot as hell, and they charge by the month to have a ceiling fan installed! They are very quick to charge like a 50 dollar fee for not having your grass cut but are not quick to your needs when it comes to issues going on with the town homes, now Miss Jewel (the lady that works in the rental office) is a sweetheart and she addresses your issues with urgency and sympathy, however it is only so much she can do. Out of all these issues I have not once protested my rent, I just pay it. I have gotten to the point where i am tired of calling. When I first moved here I had to get a airbed, an AIRBED because the bedbug issue. I find roaches in here from time to time (ants too!) (my house stays clean!) found 11+ mice in the last month,and i have documented it ALL. I definitely will not be renewing me lease. For 1115 a month I would have thought, I would have my issues addressed immediately
