Hampshire House Apartments

I've been here for 6years and very content. Mrs. Irina will get the job done. I've made up my mind once I've settled in that Hampshire House will be my forever home and the buck stops here for me.

First time moving into an apartment, and Mrs. Irina Bederak made the experience for my family and I really smooth and easy. She always answered the many questions I had in a polite and knowledgeable manner. I am happy that I decided to go with one of TRU Managements properties because they ensure that their clients are well taken care of.

HELLO EVERYONE TODAY i' AM HAPPY TO SAY WE HAVE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ASKED FOR LIKE CAMERAS NO PARKING SIGNS AND HOPEFULLY THE BUCK DON'T STOP THERE BECAUSE OUR BIGGEST REQUEST IS THAT OUR ELEVATOR GETS FIX AND BROUGHT UP TODATE. WE THE TENTENTS ARE NOT ASKING FOR THE WORLD THE ACCOMADATIONS THAT WE ALL SHARED WHEN WE MOVED END WAS A WORKING ELEVATOR AND RIGHT NOW WE DON;T HAVE THAT. I MYSELF WANTS TO GIVE TRU THE BENIFIT OF THE DOUTE BEAUSE BLUE OCEAN WAS OUR MANAGEMENT FIRST AND BLUE OCEAN WAS JUST TAKING OUR RENT MONEY AND LETTING OUR APARTMENT BUILDING GO TO WEST HELL SO NOW WE HAVE TRU MANAGEMENT AND I' AM GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH THE TENETS TRU DID COME OUT AND TALK TO SOME OF THE RESIDENTS AN ASK WHAT WERE SOME OF OUR ISSUES AND THEY RESPONED WITH ACTION THANK YOU TRU THERE ARE SOME OTHER THINGS I THINK COULD MAKE OUR BUILDING BETTER ALSO NEW CARPET IN THE HALLWAY PAINTING WHITE LINES IN THE PARKING LOT I WANT TO FEEL SPECAIL AND BLESSED AND THANKFUL COMFORTABLE HOME SWEET HOME PUTTING A BETTER LOCK ON OUR OUTSIDE DOOR. WHEN THE TENETS VISITED THE BUILDING OF BLUE OCEAN I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW BEAUTIFUL AND SERCURR THEIR BUILDING WAS COMPARED TO OUR BUILDING I SAID IF YOUR BUILDING COULD LOOK AND BE KEPT IN SUCH GREAT CONDITION THEN SO SHOULD OUR BUILDING THIS I FOUND UPSETTING WE SHOULD HAVE FINE THINGS ALSO WHATS GOOD FOR THE GOOSE IS ALSO GOOD FOR THE TENETS. TRU MANAGEMENT IS WORKING ON SOMETHINGS FOR OUR COMFORT SO I WILL GET BACK TO EVERYONE WITH THE UPDATES IN TIME. THANKS AGAIN TRU FOR COMING AND SAVING US FROM BLUE OCEAN MANAGEMENT I BELIEVE IN YOU. PEOPLE WORKING TOGETHER TO FORM A TENETS UNION

My name is althea Howard I'm a resident of Hampshire house, and I I'm very please to inform the higher members of management about Mr George Bennette, he is a awesome young man and he also takes pride in his work, I'm very proud to speak about him ,he is very professional very mannerly and he's also a people person, when he sends to a situation he is going to make sure that his job gets done and I'm going to say about him he will went above and beyond to make sure that the residents are satisfied and he will make sure that the next day to his other site he is going to make sure he stop by and ask you is everything ok if there is a problem please inform us so we resolve it asap,with him with your company,he is the man of the moment,iwill recommend at any time I'm very proud to speak about him. Mrs Irenia and George are the best a women and man of integrity very considerate of the tenants of the Hampshire House understanding, helpful, pleasant, wonderfully made beautiful inside and out Thank you too Mr. Sandtoast and Mr. Sauge you guys are great to work with. May you continue to help keep Hampshire House a great place to live.
