If I could give them a negative 10 I would. I've been living at the complex for a little over 8 yrs, before the name change and the property manager switch. I can tell you for sure NOTHING, and I MEAN NOTHING has changed, since everything has switched. They still don't answer the phone or respond to maintenance issues. I would NOT recommend any family or friends at all. Good luck to the next tenant/s that move in and/or out within 4 months. Nobody every really stayed longer than 6 months to a year. And trust me the layout of the pictures they have on the website, ain't it. The only and I mean the only time those apartments are renovated is when someone move out and half the time those renovations still have issues. Even heard stories from multiple individuals that have Section 8 vouchers being forced out. As far as reviews. They may have a few that's negative, everything camt be positive, right?

The light skin young lady with the Tattoos at the front desk in the rental office is lazy and ignores phone calls this apartment complex is one of the worst Ive been in and the management team is worthless in my opinion they dont do anything about lazy employees in the front office and maintenance takes forever to come and fix anything.

This place is ran buy horrible people with horrible people who work in the Office , I called to put a ticket in for something in my apartment and the young lady was very rude and she isnt the only one when I do go in the office Ive encountered other rude young women , the ladies in the office sometimes dont even put your ticket in lets say your having an issue and you tell them what the problem is the receptionist will say ok I put your ticket in and weeks will go buy and another person will claim the ticket was never put in , the management team is a revolving door new ownership after new ownership one awful owner after the next which they actually get worse , if youre thinking of moving her I would say try to look elsewhere unless you have no other options , ask the folks in the neighborhood how do they like dont just take my word and look at the reviews Im not the only one who feels this way , Ps the ladies of you want to call them t but the ladies who work in the office dont answer the phone they sit at the desk killing time , management doesnt seem to hold them accountable or if they those young ladies could careless they need training because they have no people skills , years ago you had a few rude people in the office but some friendly ones as well but they left unfortunately. Office workers need training in people skills. #Not renewing my lease #Dont move here
