The Greens at Logan Field

If you as a resident of The Greens at Logan Field are afraid to live there . Please consult with an attorney as to whether management are doing there job to protect your safety. In addition, you do not live in a prison and if you ALL speak up, then they(management) can not retaliate against any of you. Don't be Afraid, Speak up.

Because of a number of complaints from my friend to management of being afraid and harassed by another resident at the Greens and NOTHING being done. I had to step in and correct that person not to bother my friend again and it was not on the Greens property For this Ms. Tracy barred me from the property. Then Ms. Tracy today accused me of being on the property on Saturday and stated to my friend that she has video of this. Ms. Tracy, please present this video. And while you are at it, tell them how you and maintenance charges residents for repairs of essential items Further, as my friend has been there for 9 years, her apartment has never been painted and or the rotting floor replaced. Is this how seniors are treated at The Greens at Logan Field. Maybe HUD should step in to investigate complaints.

Very unprofessional Property Mnger. She absolutely refused to listen, easily exasperated and hostile. And as she's new if something was established prior to her arrival it should be honored! These people don't have money to replace items that were already purchased, additionally I was told by the repairman that he put the wrong part in, hence it was a multiple day repair. I have the photos of the items and most were not items for the freezer. And the insulin and other medications weren't either.
