At Baltimore Cares we realize that patients come to our facility with many expectations. We make every effort to accommodate our patients' treatment and other support service needs. However will will not compromise ethical standards and proven "Best practices." Many of our patients come to our facility with a dual diagnosis and we welcome the opportunity to engage our patients and provide professional services to address their needs with the hope that we will make a positive impact on their lives. We have treated over six thousand patients over the past 11 years and continue to strive to be the best that we can be. Fifty percent of our staff came from a successful patient recovery experience at Baltimore Cares and a desire on their behalf to be a part of our treatment mission. We use our quality improvement process to evaluate our service delivery and to make any changes that will positively impact our patient community. We continue to collect feedback from our patient community to ensure that we are listening to our patient community.
