MedMark Treatment Centers Mt. Vernon

I've been a client here for awhile....I just read some of the reviews left by former clients & employees... most if not all of the problems they listed either have been dealt with.... or did not occur in suite 201....now suite 101....I don't go there so I can't say... but wait times have improved significantly upstairs, I'm very happy with my current counselor, Ms Betty...and hope things stay this way.

I been at med mark 5 years and I really love the treatment they provide. Thanks for the professional work your staffs do to keep me healthy and updated with my treatment..such as both Ms.Tiffanys starting at the front desk to the medical assistant office.Also the Dispensing nurse's ms.kelsci, Ms mia and Ms.Deneen.

My name is Keenan G.and I've been a patient at Med mark Mt.Vernon for appox.4 yrs.or so;and I wanted to let someone know that some of the staff should be recognized for their great and beyond average service that they give.The receptionist at the front desk,the one that did the tootsie roll challenge,And the nurses at the dosing station,Ms.Kelsey,and Ms.G and the nurses at the dosing window,there are others, I don't know them by name but I will on the next review. They are always greeting with a warm smile and a pleasant hello;and it really can make ones day a lot better,especially when things are already hard enough as it is. Yes it's wonderful to receive that pleasant welcome or that,Have a nice day. So to all of those staff at Med Mark who truly do your jobin care and concern,it is truly Truly appreciated Thankyou from all those that walk sincere..

I have been in this program for 4 years and was just there on tuesday , now mind you that I usually come around 11 : 30 n 8 :30 on Saturday and for me to not have a counselor i just get dosed n leave but yesterday which was Wednesday i did decided to not come i was tired n just wanted rest when i got up a friend of mine is telling me that medmark will be closed for 2 days for winter advisory ... I look outside n went outside there is no snow, ice, or anything this is unprofessional and unfair to otger client that dont have no phone nor emergency contact ..get better medmark
