Kevin is unprofessional, unresponsive and a poor representation of this business. I went to Federal Hill Tax to get assistance with a return. Kevin barely spoke to me, rushed through my taxes and charged me $700. I went to get my taxes done April 22nd, it is now June 3rd and I find out kevin never actually submitted my taxes! I called they IRS and they have no record of my return. I reach out to Kevin and he tells me, "apparently you need a PIN from the IRS." Kevin never communicated with me the need for an additional step to submit my taxes and allowed them to go un-submitted for months! Do not waste your time with this unprofessional business.
