If you have problems, make sure you put something into writing. Our past attempts at walking in to the post office and complaining were treated more like whining than an actual complaint, but as soon as I submitted a formal written complaint on the USPS website, the issue was taken care of, and both people I spoke to were compassionate and helpful.
