This Ann Taylor store was easily located at The Westfield Mall Annapolis, MD. I was happy to know I could return an online item to receive a refund with no problem. The sales associate was very friendly made me feel at ease.

Great customer service. I can always find something that I like. Quality fabric. Classic designs. Great fit. Good prices.

As a local small business owner, I was appalled at the lack of customer service at this store. My six year old son and I were the only customers in the store at the time. Four employees, not one greeted me or asked me if I had questions or offer assistance. The one quipped, Im going to stuff my face in the back. This is not the first time I have had this experience, but it is the first that I have felt discriminated against. 10 minutes later, another customer walked in and was greeted, immediately. As it should be. She was less than a foot from us. This rep looked right at me and still did not acknowledge me. I asked my six year old what do we do when a customer walks in at our place of business and he replied quickly, we say hello mommy. I asked, has anyone said hello to us today? He said, no. I used this experience as a teaching moment for my son. It sickens me the tens of thousands of dollars I have spent at this location over the past 20 years. AT will be the next to fall at this mall. I encourage anyone who reads this to stay far away and patronize a local shop in town as I will do from now on. #shoplocal #rudeisthenewcustomerservice #fallofbigretail
