        Worked with James last weekend and purchased a new 2024 Tundra. This was probably the smoothest and easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. I called in advance to inquire about a vehicle I saw on their website (Im in Virginia) and scheduled a test drive. James had it ready and waiting when I arrived the next day. From the test drive, to pricing, to my trade-in, to financing we were out of there in about 2 1/2 hours. There was no bad-faith negotiating, hard up-sells, or any other monkey business which makes people ordinarily hate car buying. I even got a good deal on my trade. My wife and I were very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend James and Koons Annapolis to anyone. Kudos.
