Steve was fantastic. We had issue with our kitchen sink gurgling. He came over and didnt give up until he cleared the massive grease clog, which was not an easy feat and took a lot of time & hardcore equipment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the quality of work provided from Aloha plumbing. Not only is Steve, the owner, very pleasant and professional, he is also a very caring and capable person. He offered to come right away and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and at a very reasonable charge. When I asked him how he came up with the name Aloha Plumbing for his business, he told me that after living in Hawaii a good portion of his life, he adopted the name Aloha because it mirrors his approach to his life and work. He said it means, If you take care of your community, your community will care for you. After talking with him further, I learned that his community is important to him and that one of his roles has been to serve the community as a sports youth coach and that he is always looking for other ways to help his community. He likes plumbing because he knows it helps people. To him, Aloha is not just a catchy phrase, but his approach to life. What a great guy. I will use his services again and highly recommend that others give him a call when they have a plumbing problem and want an honest, capable person who gives back to his community! Steve, owner, received my call and came to my home the next day. He answered all my questions and concerns and was able to explain in terms that I would understand. He was professional, courteous and very attentive to my bathroom pipe problems. He advised how the issue could be best resolved in a timely manner. It was so refreshing to deal with a professional contractor who took into consideration your feelings/ concerns and took the time to explain issue to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend Aloha plumbing for any of your home plumbing problems.
