        My boyfriend had an appointment this afternoon and I am sorely disappointed with his experience. First the office was unprepared for his arrival, he was only seen by the PA not the doctor he was referred to, and after a short review she only told him that she "did not know what was wrong" and recommended more test. The additional test was scheduled, but for the wrong person! This kind of mistake is unacceptable in any industry but especially in the medical field. What a pathetic excuse for health care.

        Its been about a year since I saw Dr Patton for C4-C7 anterior and posterior fusion. The surgery was rough. No getting around that fact. But it has been life changing. I feel fantastic. Prior to the surgery I was in constant neck pain and was starting to lose feeling all across my body. My neck pain ruled my life. NowI feel like I have a new lease on life. No pain. Most of my feeling is back. Im back in the gym and doing activities that I couldnt previously. I am a different man now. Dr Patton is fantastic. His practice is fantastic. Everyone I saw in the Luminis system was fantastic. Love you all. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

        4 visits, 3 tests . Spoke about surgery on 3rd visit and on 4th visit was told that its a different issue and no conversation about the surgery as originally planned. Waste of time. Better off going to dollar tree and buying duct tape and super glue.

        Have used them many times and been very pleased until the recent corporate change. Now its impossible to get a call returned or RX refilled and they badly misdiagnosed my Moms broken foot as sprained. Told a kidney disease patient to stop Tylenol and keep taking Ibuprofen. Took two weeks for them to figure out it was a break and not a sprain and for 4 days now still havent called to tell her thankfully the MRI staff did. As much as this used to be our go to its become a never again kinda place. Horrible and frankly incompetent patient care IMHO.
