I would have rated a ZERO if that was available. This was my first visit to this office to see Dr. Mary Carter. They requested that I arrive 15 minutes early which I did even though I completed the work on time. When I arrived the office was packed and it smelled which was already a clue, but I waited and gave them a chance/. My appointment was at 2:30! I gave them a 15 minute grace period before inquiring about when I would be seen. The young lady came back to inform me that she is running behind so it will be a bit of a wait. Unacceptable! First of all, I had to ask 2X will I be seen in time or at least close to it because I have another appointment, not until 4:00 so if they had seen me within at least 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time, I would have made the 4:00 appointment. No apologies but I can refund your money and reschedule you. What??!!! I promptly asked for a refund but shared I would NOT be returning! This is a bad first impression. Also, isnt it ironic how dentists and doctors will charge you for being late or missing an appointment, but when they overbook so they can make lots of money they dont offer to pay me the $50 late fee. Anyway, there were others complaining as well so if I were you dont use this practice. Its a cold rainy day and I drove from Bowie to Greenbelt..a waste of time and are they going to give me gas money or anything that resembles some kind of courtesy. Nope, they just dismissed me and said bye bye. So visit at your own risk! Dr. Carter you should be ashamed!!!!

Omg I have never been to a dentist office where all the staff are sweet and caring then after meeting Dr. Ziad I felt so comfortable he was very gentle and kind he worked with me! I definitely would recommend this office
