I would say that the team is very responsive, transparent, and supportive throughout the entire process. I felt well informed by the time I purchased a home, and I didnt feel like I was being pushed to make a decision that wasnt in my best interest. While I have never met the team in person, I trust Josh and John and the rest of the team with such a huge financial decision.

I am very thankful for John Downs and Vicki Wilkerson's professional, honest and fast assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. They are very knowledgeable about VA loans process and numbers which helped me to put together an amazing contract. The Communication was absolutely top notch. Josh, Vicki, and the entire team was super helpful throught the entire process. I especially appreciated the interactive dashboard to see the different rates and down payments when deciding which route was the best fit. Thanks for the gift, wife especially likes those brownies.
