We just used Miles and his team again for a new home purchase and everything I said below for the refinance still holds true. Miles and his team were able to get us closed in under 3 weeks! Miles and Dane are wonderful. We switched to them after working with another lender who had moved away and we were so impressed with how much better our experience was. Miles provided us different loan options and thoroughly explained all of them. He gave us his best recommendation while letting us make the final choice.
