Absolutely horrible. They sold me a used dinghy with the wrong title. After 9 months of hell, I was able to find the original owner and get the title in my name. I also purchased a new Tohatsu outboard that had a terrible vibration. It took months and countless trips to the shop in order to get them to replace the motor. Yes, I received $750.00 and told to keep the dinghy. I also had over $2000.00 in the dinghy with repairs and upgrades. After telling me to keep the dinghy, weeks later, they demanded that I give the dingy back! As for the new outboard, it took over 10 trips across the Chesapeake Bay bridge to prove that the outboard was defective. Their own mechanic confirmed the engine was defective, which they should have established on day 1!

I bought a Maxwell captstan at Fawcett marine they are so helpful and knowledgeable I picked up the captstan at the store and installed it t the same day. They picked me up at the boat launch and dropped me off there with the unit. Great place I am done and cant say enough good things about that store
