Start to finish JL Landscaping made my experience pleasant. They made sure I was satisfied with my upgrade, I selected to enhance the look of my front yard. They gave me a great price which is the best part since material was quoted higher from other companies. I loved seeing my idea of what I envisioned come to life. I am highly recommending if you're looking to enhance your yard but also if you need a landscaper who can maintain the look of your yard for a reasonable price! Sadly, these gentlemen are too young and lack certain professionalism. We had them give us a quote a few years ago, but their references showed work such as mulching and edging that was sloppy. We didn't go with them. Fast forward a couple of years and many of our neighbors reviewed them positively on NextDoor so we gave them another try. I cannot attest to the quality of their work because they arrived to do a quote (didn't come at the time we agreed upon, but, hey, who's checking?) for a large flagstone patio, a large weeding job, and seasonal clean-up contract, and told me five days later that the job was too small for them. Their work may be great, but they have a few things to learn about dealing with customers.

I used this company for mowing and lawn maintaince services from Oct 2020 - June 2022. During the first year the service was satisfactory then during the second year they slack off significantly. They failed to pick up clippings causing my lawn to brown and suffocate. The blades on their mowers were dull causing the grass edges to split and burn up. When I spoke to them about these issues they refused to rectifiy the problems and did not accept liability. I would not recommend them because the damaged done to my lawn is going to cause me additional money. Save yourself the time and expense! Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
