Truly amazing customer service. Neal response promptly, he is kind, professional and understanding. He also goes above and beyond to find the best fit as per your needs/requirements. We had a particular situation as foreigners and he was patient and resourceful. Would highly recommend his services !

I switched to Old Bay insurance years ago. Neal has always acted promptly and professionally to all my insurance questions and concerns. Recently, I needed a copy of our insurance for our son to take his driver's test. We were at the MVA and needed it asap. Within 10 minutes someone from Old Bay emailed us a copy of the card. Instead of having to reschedule, my son passed his test! Not sure if anyone else would be that attentive. I don't intend on finding out! Thanks Old Bay! I can't recommend them enough.

I raised two boys, and that usually means multiple cars and accidents. lol Neil and Sharon always remember us and help us with anything we need very quickly. We can always rely on them. They are very kind and helpful. Ive been with them for a very long time, I cant even remember when I started. 1994? Something like that. Ive referred friends there many times.
