        Roger has been my mom and I's agent for a long time. Very good man who cares about how he can do the best for his clients, as well as keep them happy. Sometimes he might be a little delayed responding to some requests of yours- but he's a busy guy, so it makes sense. Overall happy to have a guy like Roger as our agent.

        Horrible service.  We tried working with Roger Mulligan who gave us an initial quote for our start up company then strung us along for months with little to no communication.  Then when we asked him for the fourth time to get a hold of us with any type of response, he said that he was too busy and that we should find another insurance agent.  Total waste of time and a truly unprofessional company.
