Top notch beginning to end from the booking to their follow up after stay. There are three properties in total to the Historic Inns and they're all exquisitely decorated in quality textiles and comfort while maintaining the true charm and history to these properties. We're absolutely in love!!! Safety: Never felt safer Walkability: Within blocks of fabulous restaurants and shops Food & drinks: Bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival with note Noteworthy details: Fine linens, quality toiletries, historical, hospitality and comfort

My husband and I had a lovely one night stay at the Maryland Inn. We checked in at the Calvert House and the staff was very welcoming and helpful with all our questions. We decided to have our car valeted and Carson was so accommodating and friendly. He took care of our bags while we went to dinner and after returning to check in then gave us a ride on the trolley to our hotel. Our room was very comfortable especially the bed. We had a corner room and it was spacious with several windows. We love the old colonial details which makes the experience special. As with any older buildings, the bathroom is small with limited space for things. The shower was nice with shampoo and soap. The water stayed warm but the pressure was weak. Our room had a small refrigerator and coffee maker. Large tv. Nice size closet with iron. Another big plus is the location. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. We definitely recommend this hotel. Just realize that with older buildings there are some limitations.

My wife and I stayed overnight to celebrate our Anniversary in Annapolis. The entire staff was wonderful! They remembered that we were celebrating our Anniversary and provided us a complimentary bottle of wine. On top of this they did not charge for our valet service. Thank you, to the staff and management! Loved the accommodations. Walkability: So close to shops and restaurants. Easy two block walk.
