Patrick has been a blessing ! I have yet to meet a home inspector who is as thorough as he is. Not only did he spend a good 6 to 7 hours on the inspection itself he also spend another 2 to 3 hours explaining his findings, walking us through the house and pointing out how everything works. He was polite, respectful and kind. I am so grateful to the agent for recommending him as the home inspector. Youre in good hands with Patrick.

Patrick's home inspection was extremely thorough. He took the time to ensure I understood any concerns he had about the house. A wonderful detailed report with photographs was provided and useful recommendations were included about how to address any issue that was identified. Thank you Patrick!

Patrick has done the inspection on all 3 of the homes we've had. He is incredibly thorough and will let you know about things that he doesn't have to. He is very knowledgable, explains everything to you, and teaches you about your home. He is absolutely fairly priced, and should we move again I will hands down call him! I cannot say enough good things about him and his services.
