I had to get 4 tires, oil change, and windshield wipers. Johnny the mechanic was amazing. He took the time to answer my questions. He did not make me feel like I couldn't understand. I also noticed that while he was very busy, when people came in to ask questions he stopped and took the time to answer their questions. The prices were fair and I didn't feel at all that he was nickel and diming me. The inside was clean. I hate using gas station bathrooms, but it was very clean. The inside attendant was also very polite and professional. I will definately be taking my Lexus back for future automotive needs.
