I was an emergency root canal appointment which they were able to schedule. The staff was warm and welcoming making sure they explained what they were doing. Dr. Parreira also let me know what he was doing as we moved through the procedure. He was kind, quick, and thorough! His assistant Savanna was very efficient and kind.

My visit there represents one of the saddest and most stressful experiences I have ever had in a medical setting. I am 73-years-old with anxiety and hearing loss. Before an x-ray, the tech Savannah put my hearing aids (worth approximately $5000) in a Dixie cup and set them on the counter. She did not give them back to me when we returned to the room and the endodontist began immediately. After a long minor surgery they directed me to the front desk, and with no one giving any thought to my aids I left. When I called from home the room had already been cleaned and apparently they were trashed. They can be replaced for $900 because of a warranty, but they refuse to take any responsibility, and have essentially called me a liar by stating they were never in the office's possession. At this point I am moving forward with a small claims suit and possible request for damages for their violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Be forewarned. Sharon Cummings
